We found that all our dealings over the period of a year were dealt with empathy, understanding and patience as we decided on our 3 family memorials in the garden of remembrance. As our large family all lived in Devon we had to communicate only by emails and phone calls. All were responded to promptly and we were extremely happy with the engravings on the stones and the finished result. Mark & Steve were brilliant helping me and the family choose the Memorial Tablet. They even had it all finished in time for my mums birthday. They helped me all the way with choosing the stone and wording. They are both very approachable, friendly and no pressure was put on me from the very beginning.
