Following the work to my Grandparents memorial, it was without hesitation to contact them to provide a memorial service for my father. From the moment we first contacted Baines Memorials, we felt we were in caring, capable hands. Their prompt responses and gentle patience stood out immediately — they never rushed us, even when we had many questions in what was a difficult time for our family. When Mark and Steve visited to view the grave, they were respectful, considerate, and explained clearly all the options for memorials, inscriptions, design choices, and restoration work. Their guidance was neither pushy nor vague — just honest and helpful. The craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. The headstone and inscription were executed with precision and sensitivity; the stonework is of a quality that looks classic but also fresh and well-finished.
